Refund & Return Policy

1. No Refunds for Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of 3D-printed busts, we do not offer refunds once production has started.

2. No Returns Policy

As each bust is made-to-order and customized, we do not accept returns. However, if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a free replacement as per our Damage or Defect Claims policy.

3. Damage or Defect Claims

  • Customers must report damage within 48 hours of receiving their order.
  • Submit clear photos of the damage.
  • We will issue a free replacement if the claim is valid.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed until you submit your videos. Once videos are submitted, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Refunds for Incorrect Submissions

If a submitted video does not meet our 3D scanning requirements, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Customers may also request a refund if they are unable to provide a suitable video. However, a 10% processing fee will be deducted to cover the time spent on initial processing and verification.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should ensure accurate shipping details.
