1. Processing Time

3D Model Processing: 1 business day
Printing & Finishing: 1 business day
Estimated Total Time: 2-3 business days

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

Flat-Rate Shipping: $8 for all orders, regardless of quantity.
Domestic Shipping (USA only): 3-7 business days.
Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on the best option for your location.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

3. Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking numbers once their orders ship.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery. Contact the shipping provider for claims.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes. However, some remote or restricted locations may be excluded from service.

6. Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing

We strive to minimize waste by using biodegradable PLA and ethically sourced materials.
